Q: What is your MOQ? Can I order some samples to check the product quality at first?
A: Usually our MOQ is 2000pcs for each model, and samples can be accepted for your actual checking. Please tell us the model numbers you are interested in, and their quantity needed. After we know your detailed address to receive products, we can make PI for you soon.
Q: How about your packages? Can we put our logo or print on the packages?
A: Our regular packages are our brand packing. Should you need to use your brand, please feel free to contact us. For further details, please send us an inquiry.
Q: What is your payment terms and how can I place an order?
A: We can receive payment via TT, Ali pay and L/C. Usually, Alibaba Secure Payment is for the first time to ensure the funds security. For mass order, 50% advance payment to confirm the order, and 50% payment to be paid before shipping. For samples, 100% advance payment to prepare the samples. You can place an order directly on Alibaba or contact us please.
Q: How about your lead time?
A: For samples, it could be 7 days to prepare them. And for OEM mass order, it may take 30 days depending on the quantity and our production schedule. For ODM orders, please send us inquiry indicating your ideas and requirements so that we can talk about details.
